Traveling the Interstate 95 (Cross Bronx Expressway) northbound on-ramp onto Interstate 895 (Sheridan Expressway) southbound. The one-lane ramp skirts above West Farms Road before joining the ramps from East 177th Street southbound ahead. There is no direct access from Interstate 95 southbound onto the Sheridan Expressway. Westchester Avenue begins at the confluence of East 150th Street and 3rd Avenue in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx.
